Anima concept Pizza

The pizzeria is located on the ground floor of an apartment building, behind the building which in some ways gives it an advantage, i.e. a space where an outdoor area has been inserted and with a small garden, and a disadvantage because it positions the car park far from the restaurant, a Quite dark condominium parking. Another negative note is that unfortunately it is located on the outskirts of the town and positioned close to the Adriatic national road. But let's get to the menu. I would say that the proposals are for all tastes, but only based on pizzas, no first courses or second courses of meat or fish, but moreover, little but good is better. We took, as you can see from the receipt, two stuffed Maritozzi and two special pizzas, a liter of beer, a dessert and two coffees. The stuffed Maritozzi are very good and well structured. Let's get to the piece de resistance, the pizza. Well alas, unfortunately the highlight is not that strong, yes perhaps there may be enough in the flavours, but leaving aside the fact that the price for some pizzas is too high, there are also some important technical errors. The dough inside was raw, moist not dry, one of the two pizzas was cooked on top and rawer on the bottom with burn points, this happens due to the fact that high hydration and "violent" cooking is done which colors it on the outside and it remains raw inside, basically when the pizza cools it starts to be rubbery and "heavy". The dining room staff is courteous and kind but is not synchronized with the kitchen, the pizzas come out in fits and starts, they are brought to the table even one at a time even though the place was half empty. As far as I'm concerned, that is, for my personal tastes and my experience, it's not a pizzeria to have in your favorite places.

We had a very good time. Let me start by saying that it wasn't very crowded but the service was fast, punctual and above all we found friendliness and kindness. The pizza is really good, a light and well cooked semi-wholemeal dough. Refined, tasty ingredients. The environment is very cute and youthful in a game of blacks and whites that still gives elegance. Price is always a subjective matter. I think that the relationship between quality and what we spent is good! In short, if you want to eat well this is the right place. At the end a small gift much appreciated.
